Medicaid

Medicaid: Medicaid is medical insurance for low income people. SJLS represents people who are wrongfully denied or terminated from the Medicaid program.

Medicaid/MLTSS: The Medicaid Managed Long Term Services and Supports program provides nursing and home based care for those who need nursing home level of care either at home or in a nursing home. SJLS provides advice or representation to people whose eligibility to receive MLTSS is denied or terminated. SLS also provides advice or representation to people facing involuntary discharge from nursing homes.
